Hi friends! Orange Gearle here with a layout using a piece of flair from the Hashtag Summer Flair Set. I don't know about you, but it is sooooo back to school time here. I am a teacher by day, so I have been spending a lot of time getting ready for the new year. These photos are of my daughter starting 2nd grade last year. You know what that means, she starts third grade in a few days. How is that possible? Here is my layout:
I thought the #cool flair fit perfectly for this layout. First of all, cool and school rhyme. ;-) Also, it was the perfect pop of color. I have used several pieces of flair from this set -- I love them! Here are a few close ups:
I used a cut file from The Cut Shoppe and I had my Silhouette Cameo poke holes in my card stock for me so I could stitch the background. It was fun (and took a few hours -- what was I thinking?)!
I had a lot of fun making this layout, and I made a video of my process if that suits your fancy!
