Hello friends! I hope you are enjoying your weekend. It's Lee-Anne here on the blog today and I am excited to share a Baby Boy 8 X 8 Album that I created from scratch for my first grandchild/grandson-to-be that is supposed to make his debut in late July.
I haven't created a mini album for years, but I wanted to make one from scratch for my son and daughter in law so that they can document and add photos of the baby.
I knew I wanted to add some flair buttons to the album so I made the spine of the album approximately four inches wide so that it allowed for lots of lumps and bumps.
I added five flair buttons from the Baby Boy Flair Set and attached them with a hot glue gun so that it would stay put. I recommend the flat back flair buttons because they would work the best.
There was a total of fourteen pages in the album and that was not including the flaps and foldouts. It was a labor of love but I am happy how it turned out.
I decided to only share the pages where I added flair buttons because this would be a very large blog post and I wouldn't want to bore you. If you are interested, I will post a page by page full blog post on my own creative blog at a later date.
Here are the photos of the pages where I added the flair buttons:
The sky is the limit when creating mini albums because A Flair For Buttons has so many themes to choose from and there are always more being added to the store.
I encourage you to use flair buttons in your next mini album.
Have a wonderful day and stay crafty!
