Happy Wednesday, Flair Fanatics! It's Missy here with you today. I'm sure you've had that one photo in your stash that is just hard to scrap...maybe because of the busy background or just so many colors going on. This photo is one of my favorites, but there are so many colors involved and the pattern is pretty striking. I didn't want to convert it black and white because I love the gorgeous colors in it....so I decided to create my own background using those same colors. I used two awesome pieces of Flair for accents to really accentuate the colors and patterns in the circles I created.
I started out with white cardstock and used ink sprays, gelatos and stencils to create a big collage of blues, pinks and purples. Then I used several circle punches in different sizes to create my shapes. I used some tissue paper and some Echo Park Capture Life patterned paper to back my photo. I wanted it to stand out against the circles in a subtle way, if that makes any sense :) I used one of the gorgeous Heart Bokeh Flair that matched perfectly as an accent by my title.
I also added in one of the pink Sunburst Flair. I think the color was perfect and it touched on the pinks throughout the layout. I layered in some vellum circles, some stickers, a stamped die cut and some foiled wooden veneer hearts. I colored the wooden arrow with gelatos and added some stitching through all the circles.
I love adding tangled thread, so I did that here. I love these Bokeh Flair...they are just gorgeous!
Here is one more close up of the mixed media work on the circles. I wanted to accent the title by adding these cute sentiment stickers. If you aren't familiar with Sara Bareilles' music, one of her songs contains these lyrics I used for my title :)
Here are the two Flair sets I pulled my buttons from for this page:

Thanks for visiting us today! Have a great Wednesday!
