Hello flair fans! Spring has made an appearance for me here in Texas but in case you're still experiencing a case of the winter blues I have a very bright and colorful layout to cheer you up today!
Nothing like a rainbow of flair to brighten the day! :) I paired my flair with lots of other colorful goodies from my stash.
I used the Just Hearts 2 Flair, which you can pick up in the shop along with lots of other new sets!
