Hi all! Els here today. I have a birthday card to share with you. I was going through my Studio Calico card kit paper pads and found a fun combo of patterned papers to work with. And I knew I had a fun green flair from the Farmer Market 1 set that would perfectly match with those papers. So I got to work.
To break up the brown background and give the card a bit more interest, I stamped some sentiments onto it with Frost White pigment ink. A couple of banners of patterned papers were sewn overtop, and then I added the embellishments and the sentiment.
All in all, this turned out to be a card with a rather male touch, and with a fun twist because of the Farmer Market flair.
