I designed this mini around the new Carta Bella Beach Boardwalk line. The 'Hello Summer' {flair} is one of my favorites and I own several of this exact one.
This was designed as a class at my LSS and I wanted to showcase how to incorporate {flair} into books and layouts.
The book is a manilla file folder and the flair is my closure. I used solid Baker's Twine to wrap around the book and keep it closed.
I snuck in one of the new train {flair} on the inside pages as well. My son is addicted to trains and I asked Shelley to create a set.
