Hello Michelle here!
I made this page a few weeks ago for a True Xoxo Girls challenge and was SO EXCITED to finally use my American Crafts Nightfall paper and some Martha Stewart paper I've had stashed away since 2009.
Too bad the challenge is to scrap a Halloween page using non-traditional colors.
DOH!
I submitted a different page to the challenge and decided to share this with you.
Shelley's Halloween flair is super duper fun.
Check out the set I used here.
If you're looking for something a bit brighter check this set here.
Given the history of extremely cold Halloween nights here in NYC, we decided to celebrate by attending the Halloween walk at the Museum of Natural History last year.
As you can imagine, a Museum full of costumed candy fueled kids under the ages of 12 was complete and utter madness.
I got no photos.
Correction- I got many photos.
All blurry. If she appeared in the shot at all- she moves faster than my auto focus setting.
So these photos were take in November during a freakishly warm and sunny day.
Lola was so excited to be away from the apartment and out of her coat she spent the entire time running.
I got ZERO posed shots.
But that's ok because I realized- this shot captures Lola, age two, perfectly.
Have a great Halloween!
Michelle.
