I've been using a lot of flair lately. There isn't a layout or project I've finished that didn't get at least one 'button'.
I also have a growing collection of them. I seem to acquire them faster than I can use them. But they look so cute in the margarita cup!

HIYA!
Michelle here with a clean and simple style page featuring someone I am very proud of.
The fighter in the photos is my sister Melissa who's been boxing for 10 years now and has just recently regained the lightweight world title belt. I am in awe of her athletic ability even though I worry about her health and safety each time she does her job.
I made the page for the True Xoxo Girls Scraplift Challenge blog. The challenges are wildly different each month. I almost didn't join in this month because I'm not particularly sporty (watching the Olympics on tv doesn't count!) then DING! I remembered I had these.
I encourage you to swing by and check out the Xoxo Scraplift Challenge. We have a really well rounded team of scrappers with very different styles so why not give it a try?
Thanks for swinging by!

I've had so much fun using flair on my summer layouts. I have one summer layout to share today...my final hurrah for summer.
Its colorful, includes some fun trends (woodgrain, chevrons and polaroids frames) and flair...what's not to love!
I used the Hello flair from the Fun Flair 2 set as part of my title, it was the perfect addition.
Have you been scrapping your summer and vacation memories? {A flair for buttons} has the perfect flair for all those pages. Go check them out in the shop!

Just a couple of layouts using some {Flair} from the shop. Both pages use products from some past Studio Calico kits.
We found this 'graffiti' in the parking alley in Banff, Canada. This was from our trip this past January. We were there again in July and someone had added flowers underneath this.
Please ignore my husbands weird photobooth-ness. He hates them but I love them. He gets back at me by doing something to ruin my photostrip. I told him I would start scrapbooking them - he didn't believe me. He might be taking things a bit more serious from now on.
You can get your own flair in the shop.

Hi Everyone! Danielle here again with a card to share.
Aside from being the perfect touch to any project, sometimes flair can be perfect for adding a sentiment! I couldn't figure out how to finish this card, and then I remembered I had this Hello button. It paired perfectly with the telephone!
Hope you have a great week!

Hi there! I have a layout to share with you today....and if you've ever been pregnant in the summer, you'll understand the point of this page! ;) Right now we are expecting baby number 2 and my due date is August 24th.....right around the corner, but it sure has been a hot one!
On this layout, I used 3 pieces of Flair. The 'always' is from the Word Flair set, the heart from the Girl Flair, and the star is from the Colored Stars set.
I used a mix of patterned papers on this layout, including some cuts from the new Basic Grey Clippings line. I thought the 'date due' cut was particularly fitting!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today! And be sure to check out the Flair Shop -- Shelley has added a ton of new flair, including SMASH flair, lots of Halloween flair (that I can't wait to use!) and some really cool new ombre chevron flair. Have a good one!

Do you love hexagons? I know I do. Since it's summer I'm also digging yellow and aqua together. All of these things came together in my card today.
I love using the flair as a focal point for my card rather than a stamp sometimes. It adds so much dimension and interest.
For my flair I used the Hexagon Love Boy flair, probably one of my favorite sets! And the stamps are brand new, yours truly designed them! :) Head over to my blog, Neat and Tangled to see more.
Hope you're having a great week! It's almost Friday :)

I recently got back from a wonderful week in Canada. I took along an Amy Tangerine Daybook and a few supplies to work on the mini while I was on vacation. My dad has the same printer I do at home so I was able to use the Canon app to print photos each night.
You can see the blog post with pictures of my kit here.
And the almost finished mini....
You can see more of the album on my blog. Don't forget to stop by the {flair} shop to pick up a few sets for yourself!

We spend a lot of time at the lake in the summer. We've been doing it for years and the kids love it as much today as they did when they were little. I has been a bit of a hectic summer but I have enjoyed our family time at the lake and it has resulted in my 3 favorite layouts that I made over this summer!
This layout documents our first trip to the lake which always symbolizes the start of summer!
The Insta Love Flair was the perfect complement to the colorful polaroid frames and creates the perfect retro page!
One weekend my daughter took some friends to the lake. If this doesn't scream summer, I don't know what does!
I used the Fun Flair Set 2...it is great for summer pages!
Last, but not least, my favorite capture of the summer...my kiddos jumping from the boat into the water while holding hands. A rare capture for sure! lol!
I used the Word Flair and the Linen Chevron Flair on this layout!
So, as summer comes to a close and the kids head back to school pick up some flair at {a flair for buttons} to complement your photos and get them scrapped!

I was listening to NPR the other day when the flavor of the moment writer that was being interviewed started spewing garbage about yellow being the color of disease and mental instability.
What the actual blipitty bleep?
Let's just say I was offended.
I mean this is YELLOW! The color of wild flowers! Sunlight! Lemonade!
Large wheels of smelly (ie- AWESOME) cheese!
It's like someone came on and said he liked to kick puppies. In the face.
So I'm taking a stand for yellow- which rocks!
Here is my page:
I'm not into the more subtle shades of yellow. I like my Amarillo to SCREAM.
Canary yellow, neon yellow, taxi cab yellow. It should DANCE on the page.
Some close up shots:
So, can you show us some of your yellow page love?
Just copy paste a link to your blog post or gallery page and I will swing by and leave much sun shiny love for you.
Spread the yellow people!
